The government has to read and respond to public comments, and your story is the kind of real-world evidence it can point to when it decides to add a code, add a measure, or pay for care it does not cover today, like menopause care that has no billing code, or the postpartum monitoring that keeps moms safe. When enough women describe the same gap, it stops being an opinion and becomes a fact CMS has to answer. That is why your own words, not a form letter, are what count.
